Every LW upgrade in the past (with the exception of 3.1) was part of the
whole Toaster upgrade and so the price reflected that. So other than the
3.1 -> 3.5 upgrade, there is no prior precedent for price. BTW, the 3.0 ->
3.1 upgrade was free.
